Welcome to ZoneXTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://zonextv.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ZoneXTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the United States, to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

• All prices are in the currency shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely. ZoneXTV does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Due to the immediate digital nature of the Service: no refunds are issued after account activation. Exceptions apply only in cases of a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours or a confirmed duplicate charge. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT: share, resell, or sublicense your credentials; use the Service to broadcast or re-stream content; attempt to circumvent access controls; use automated tools or bots; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application.

7. Service Availability

ZoneXTV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary unavailability may occur due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service is the property of their respective content owners and licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONEXTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
