1. Our Content Licensing Position

ZoneXTV operates as a lawful reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, store, or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and VOD content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

3. Counter-Notification

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ZoneXTV maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts subject to multiple valid notices will be reviewed and may be terminated without refund.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA notice is a serious legal matter. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
